Oh Lydia!

Today, I received a letter from Jane explaining to me about Lydia's news. What a child she is; she is so thoughtless. How could she have done such a thing? I knew in the first place that Lyda should not have gone to Brighton, but nobody believed or agreed with me, everyone had wanted her to go, and now look what she has done! She has ran away with Wickham. When I said she was an embarrassing, foolish, flirt, I meant it. She is the worst Bennet of all!
